Summer Fencing Camp

Hello everyone, 

IT IS FOR CHILDREN 2009-2014

I present this opportunity to prepare for the coming season, meet and train with fencers from other clubs, and have fun with fencing in the last week of summer. Due to the location in the school, our club will start a little later than other clubs, so it is a good chance to kickstart the season.  I will be present for half of the training due to other commitments, but I trust Filip to take good care of all our fencers at all times.

Prograam eksampel:

09:00- oppmøte

09:15 - 10:00 morgentrim

10:00-12:00 1. økt (gruppe 1 - fekteøkt, gruppe 2 - ballspill, basistrening)

12:00-13:00 lunsjpause, andre aktiviteter (quiz, fektevideo osl)

13:00-15:00 2. økt ((gruppe 2 - fekteøkt, gruppe 1 - ballspill, basistrening)
